Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Women Workout: Home Fitness Android app, published by Zoopet. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Health and safety — read this first
The app provides general fitness workouts. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device. The BMI figure it shows is a general reference number, not a health assessment.
Consult a doctor or a qualified health professional before starting this or any exercise programme, and particularly if you are pregnant or recently postpartum, are recovering from injury or surgery, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint or back problems, or any other existing medical condition, or if you have not exercised in a long time.
Warm up before training. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. Work within your own limits and do not attempt a movement you are unsure of. You exercise at your own risk.
Results vary from one person to another and depend on many factors outside the app's control, including diet, sleep, consistency, medical history and individual physiology. The app makes no promise of weight loss, a body-shape change or any other outcome.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app; copy or extract its exercise content, artwork or database for another product; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law says you may despite this restriction; or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
Content ownership
The app, its exercise illustrations, plans, text and design are owned by Zoopet or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
Your data
Your workout history, weight log, reminders and settings live on your own device. We do not hold them, cannot recover them, and are not responsible for their loss — including loss caused by uninstalling the app, clearing its data, a device fault, or a device being lost or reset. If the data matters to you, record it elsewhere.
How data is handled is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Advertising
The app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads come from third parties and we do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for advertised products, services or the sites they lead to. Every workout and feature in the app is available without paying: there is no subscription and no paywall.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, Android version or accessibility setting. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may stop publishing it altogether.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zoopet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case the exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted where you live.
Third-party stores
If you obtained the app from Google Play or another store, that store's own terms also apply to your download. Those stores are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to provide support for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
